Nogi

This class is for all levels, the difference in Nogi Jiu-Jitsu is that you wear shorts and rash guard (t-shirt) so, you don’t have the traditional Bjj uniform to grab and slow down your opponent. Instead you will use hooks, grips on wrists, head and joints to control your opponent.

Our Nogi class is taught by world-class instructors with a lot experience in the field.
