At Grand Union Brighton, our Kids Jiu Jitsu Programme is about much more than learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for children in Rottingdean, Brighton use martial arts as a positive tool to help children develop confidence, discipline, respect, resilience and a positive mindset, qualities that can support them at school, at home and throughout life.
Children learn how to listen, work with others, overcome challenges and become comfortable dealing with both success and setbacks. At the same time, they develop practical Jiu Jitsu and self-defence skills, coordination, fitness and body awareness in a safe, structured and supportive environment.
Our goal is to help children grow on and off the mats, developing confidence, respect and resilience through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
